My friend Garrett told me about Glen Affric, the world’s oldest known Tartan! (the picture above isn’t actually the Tartan but it’s close)
It’s dated back to the 1500’s. WOW! I love this because it combines two of my favorite things; plaid, and cool old stuff. That got me thinking, what cool old stuff do you have in your family. I asked the BEACH listeners to share details of their family heirlooms. Have a listen! -Nic
