In our second edition of Holiday Spirits we sampled one of the flagship products of Last Mountain Distillery – Premium Dill Pickle Vodka. As Tyler puts it this is perfect for the “Saskatchewan Special”, aka the Dill Pickle Ceasar! Its super simple and really gives a Pickle-Kick-le to your classic Ceasar.
-Lots of Ice
-3 or 4 shakes of Worcestershire (Pronounced “Wooster” Sauce by the way!)
– A few shakes of Tabasco (make it as spicy as you like!)
– 1 Ounce of Last Mountain Dill Pickle Vodka
– Rim with lime juice and rim salt
– Fill glass with Clamato Juice
– Garnish with your favorite pickle (today we used something extra special!)
I might be a little biased but I think I did a pretty dang good job mixing this one up!
